Highland School of Technology - Class of 2016

These are the initial lottery selections for the Highland School of Technology Class of 2016. 

All students must meet the final criteria to be accepted to the school: 

• Reside in Gaston County.
• Earn a Level III/IV on the 8th grade Reading and Math End-of-Grade tests.
• Earn 77 or C overall 8th grade average. 
• 94% 8th grade attendance rate.
• Good standing in conduct. 
• Students will receive a final acceptance letter at the end of June.

Also, students who applied but are not on this list may call the Highland School of Technology to find out their placement on the feeder school waiting lists.
