Student Activities

Enriching the Lives of Students Outside the Classroom

All 54 schools in the Gaston County system offer a variety of extracurricular activities for students.  These activities offered during and after school range from student council to the environmental club to the National Honor Society.

Students participate in academic-related and social organizations as well as service clubs, which combine learning with social experiences and good citizenship.  Students are encouraged to become involved in various school clubs and special events since these activities provide life enrichment outside of the classroom.
