The Student Records has moved from its previous Garrison Boulevard address to the main Central Office at 943 Osceola Street!

 

 

 Requesting Records

 

All records are confidential and will only be given to the person to whom they belong. The only exception will be if someone has Power of Attorney over a former student and needs to request that student's records, in which case a copy of the Power of Attorney documentation must be produced.

 

When requesting a record in person, proper identification must be shown and a Student Record and Transcript Request Form must be completed and signed. The link to the request form may be found below.  There is a $3.00 fee for each copy requested payable in cash or money order only. You may also request records by mail using the Student Record and Transcript Request Form available using the link below. Please allow 24 hours when requesting a record in person and 7 days when requesting records by mail.  All complete requests are processed in the order in which they are received.  Payment must be included with a request in order to be processed.

 General Information

 

The Student Records Department houses records dating from the 1920's to 2011 of graduates and all former students. More records are called in as space is available to process them.

 

Common reasons for requesting school records or transcripts are:

 

  • applying for social security disability
  • proof of birth
  • job application
  • applying to colleges or universities
  • for probation officers
  • for the court system
  • verification of graduation dates
  • immunization verification
