Tanya Hudson became an Academy Coordinator in 2008. She graduated from Gardner-Webb University in August 2007 with a Masters of Arts Degree with a Concentration in School Administration. Prior to that she taught Math 4 years at Ashbrook High School and three years at Cleveland Community College in Shelby North Carolina. She has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education Degree in Secondary Schooling which she obtained from Universities in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Craig Smith is new to the Green Wave community and Gaston County this year. He was previously the Dean of Students and Men's Tennis Coach at Hopewell HS in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Before entering school administration, he taught various levels of math, predominately Algebra II and Precalculus, at Hopewell. He earned his Master's degree in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University and earned his Bachelor's from Western Michigan University in Secondary Education, receiving 6-12 certification in both Math and English.

Kelli Howe became an Academy Coordinator in 2005. She earned her BA in English from Western Carolina and her Masters in Administration from Gardner-Webb University in 2009. Ms. Howe is in her 15th year as an educator.
Prior to her current position she served as an English teacher, Grant Coordinator and Smaller Learning Communities Coordinator.
