Chorus
Chorus is a year long class where students learn to sing using Choral Techniques. All music learned is from a variety of genres and meet the requirements of an art song. Students also learn how to read and compose music through music theory. They learn about a variety of composers from the medival time period through modern times.
General Music
General Music is a class for non-performers to learn about the many aspects of music. Students learn about a variety of musical genres and composers as well as how to read and write music. Students spend time studing the different time periods of music as well as different cultures which have influenced our music. General music lasts for a semester for all students.
