Principal Crystal Houser

A graduate of North Gaston High School, Mrs. Houser received her bachelor degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After working in the corporate world, in the field of Environmental Assessment, she began her teaching career in Gaston County at South Point High School where she taught Science for 10 years. In 2006, Mrs. Houser was awarded the Principal Fellows Scholarship. She received her Master's in School Administration and Curriculum-Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mrs. Houser lives in Gaston County with her husband Evon, and their 3 daughters. She enjoys running and spending time with her family.
