I teach Earth Science to freshmen at Hunter Huss High School.  Students must pass my subject to graduate so I try to make my class as interesting and exciting as possible.  I believe in hands-on activities, partner activities and lab experiences.  I believe students learn better when they are actively involved.

 

 

Since December of 2008, I have won for my students 22 grants from Donors Choose. a grant from Gaston County Educational Foundation and a grant from Rutherford Electric.  This has enabled me to create more experiences for my students in my classroom.
