Leadership Academy
North Gaston’s Leadership Academy focuses on the following four goals:
1. To MOTIVATE juniors and seniors to set and achieve high personal and career goals which include seeking post-secondary education and/or training, and to encourage them to assume leadership roles available at the school, community, and state levels.
2. To EDUCATE students by providing rigorous course work, 21st century technology skills, and relevant experiences that provide opportunities to apply what they have learned.
3. To CHALLENGE students to lead by example, to assist others who may need it, and to make a difference in the school and community.
4. To SUPPORT students in their efforts to learn and to grow into independent and responsible citizens.
