Wildcat Academy
Welcome to the ninth grade Wildcat Academy!
North Gaston’s Wildcat Academy focuses on the following four goals:
1. To MOTIVATE freshmen to acknowledge and manage their new responsibilities of being a successful high school student at North Gaston.
2. To EDUCATE students by providing rigorous course work, 21st century technology skills, and relevant experiences that provide opportunities to apply what they have learned.
3. To CHALLENGE students to lead by example, to share in the responsibility of achieving their high school education, and make a difference in our school and community.
4. To SUPPORT students in their efforts to learn and to grow into independent and responsible citizens.
