Come to the school office.
Pre-K Registration
Begins April 23, 2012 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Must be 4 on or before August 31, 2012
Must bring the following:
Certified Birth Certificate
Proof of Address
Kindergarten Registration
Begins April 30, 2012 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Must be 5 on or before August 31, 2012
Must bring the following:
Certified Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
2 Proofs of Address (cannot be medicaid card or general mail)
Health Assessment (if available at the time of registration)
New Student Registration
8:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Bring the following:
Certified Birth Certificate (Mother's copy not acceptable)
2 Proofs of Address (utility bill, phone bill, housing statement, etc.)
Student's Social Security Card (if possible)
Recent Immunization Record
Recent Report Card
