Instructions for approved volunteers to reactivate

Instructions for approved volunteers to reactivate are on the log-in page of our GCS on-line volunteer application site at www.gastonschoolvolunteers.com or on the GCS web site volunteer page.
All approved volunteer names from 2011-12 have been retained in the Partnerships Master Database. Volunteers who plan to return simply log in, check their info for accuracy and click SUBMIT which will REACTIVATE the volunteer for 2012-13. Forgot log in or password? Simply click on forgot password and it will be emailed to the email address they provided on their application.
No new applications or Orientations are required if volunteers were approved in 2011-12. Volunteers only need to REACTIVATE their application.
All NEW volunteers will click New Volunteer on the log in screen and fill out an application. The process is the same as last year.
The Central Office will continue to do an Orientation each week.
