T.C. Dunlap III, Principal of Webb Street School in Gaston County, will serve as the Region President Elect on the N.C. Principals' & Assistant Principals' Association (NCPAPA) Board of Directors.
The mission of Webb Street School is to provide an environment that will prepare each student to use self-determination in making informed decisions as he functions as independently as possible in home, school and community settings.
