• Hunter Huss High School students got the chance to become teachers for the day during the school's first-ever Fifth Grade Science Celebration. Hunter Huss students researched topics, created hands-on activities and presented interactive projects to more than 750 fifth grade students from eight elementary schools. Each station featured a lesson geared to fifth grade learning standards and high school Earth and Environmental standards. The event was sponsored through a generous donation from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund.
