• More than 1,100 educators to attended our annual Teaching and Learning Conference held August 6-7 at Gaston College.  The conference provided teachers, administrators, and other school personnel with a full slate of seminars and workshops.  The topics ranged from literacy, customer service, and financial planning to technology, classroom management, and best practices and a whole lot more.  There really was something for everyone! Now in its 15th year, the conference is intended to provide professional development and training for educators as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
