  • OUTSTANDING SENIOR:  Jasper Powe
     
    Jasper Powe Our Outstanding Senior from East Gaston High School is Jasper Powe. Serving as the junior band director, Jasper assisted the East Gaston band director with the beginning band.

    A talented musician and leader, he has won awards at numerous band competitions. He also was named the Homecoming King.

    Planning to attend UNC-Charlotte this fall, Jasper will continue his love of music and major in music education.
