There aren’t many students who say they had to balance their studies with equestrian team meetings, but Forestview High School senior Tricia Levi can. Having been on an equestrian team throughout her four years of high school, she is working now to become a certified horsemanship trainer.
A member of the 4-H Club, Tricia also is a talented musician. She plays French horn, mellophone, and trumpet and was the brass section captain for the Forestview band.
This fall, Tricia will attend UNC-Greensboro where she will major in environmental studies, and of course, join the college’s equestrian team. She received two scholarships from UNC-Greensboro: the Blue and Gold Scholarship and the Chancellor’s Scholarship. Her goal is to attend veterinary school.
