We are proud to present the Gaston County Schools Strategic Plan, which outlines our vision, mission, core values, priorities, and goals.  

The strategic plan is a road map for the school system – it guides us and gives us direction on what we want to achieve over the next five years.

Having a strategic plan is important because it defines our focus; influences our decision-making; and motivates us to improve and enhance all aspects of the educational experience for students.
