The K-12 AIG Academic Facilitator for English Language Arts is primarily responsible for coaching and supporting K-12 ELA teachers in curriculum, instruction and assessment for academically and intellectually gifted students. This educator serves as a key member of the AIG Department’s instructional leadership team and works directly with the AIG Director to provide instructional coaching and support across all grade levels. Support may include demonstration and model lessons, professional learning workshops, and collaborative planning focused on effective instruction for AIG students. The primary goal is to strengthen teaching practices and increase student achievement.
