TSS Technicians
Gaston County Schools Technology Support Services (TSS) Technicians maintain district technology for 56 schools and 7 administrative sites. Technicians work each day in their assigned schools to ensure SMARTBoards, LED displays, and Chromebooks are functioning optimally. Technicians strive to keep the students and staff at their assigned sites up and running with technology. Additional responsibilities include deployments of new equipment, assisting schools with maintaining accurate inventories of equipment, and consulting with school staff when new technologies are considered.
