This service gives your child an oppotunity to visit with a medical provider through a secure video connection at school. A trained medical staff member will be present with your child during the visit to help the provider check ears, throat, nose, and more.

Common minor illnesses and conditions such as:

• Allergies
• Asthma
• Coughs and colds
• Ear pain
• Fever
• Head lice
• Itchy eyes
• Mouth pain
• Pink eye
• Poison ivy
• Rashes
• Sore throat

Any student can participate with a signed enrollment and consent form. Additional consent is required at the time of each visit.

Telehealth allows students to stay in school, when possible, while getting the care they need. 

Telehealth visits are covered by Medicaid and most insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance, services are offered at a sliding scale discount.

Just sign the enrollment and consent form:
