Fire Engine Donated to Hunter Huss Program
A special delivery arrived last week at Hunter Huss High School - a fire engine from the Crowders Mountain Fire Department. The department donated the retired engine to the school for the Firefighter Academy, a program that trains students for careers in the fire service. The fire engine will give students an opportunity for hands-on training, which is an important part of the Career and Technical Education program. Click here for pictures of the fire engine delivery.
