Phillip Morris
My name is Phillip Morris and I am the newest Assistant Principal at Stuart Cramer High School. I am excited to be joining the Stuart W. Cramer High School family. I have over 17 years of teaching experience, 13 with Gaston County Schools. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Science Education from the University of the West Indies, Kingston Jamaica, the country of my birth. I spent my first four years with Gaston County Schools at Bessemer City High School teaching science. Then moved to Hunter Huss High where I taught mathematics and science. During my tenure at Hunter Huss I obtained my Master’s Degree in School Administration from Appalachian State University. Before coming to Stuart Cramer I taught science at Forestview High School.
I have a genuine desire to see students succeed academically and move on to be productive members of society, and I believe that a collaborative school culture is the key to both successful teachers and students.
I am married to my wife Tashna and we have two beautiful daughters, Zoey, 13 and Zuri, 20mths old. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I look forward to a great school year!
