Students will need to meet the following requirements to graduate from Gaston County Schools:

4 English Credits
4 Math Credits
3 Science Credits consisting of Earth/Environmental Science, Biology, and a physical science course (including physics or chemistry)
4 Social Studies Credits
1 Health/PE Credit
6 Elective Credits including a 4 credit concentration
At least 28 total credits
Students wanting to attend a 4 year college straight from high school will also need two foreign language credits.
