Miranda Barron has been teaching for 15 years, 11 of which have been here at WB Beam Intermediate School. She is married to Michael and has two daughters Lilly and Willow. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, shopping, going to the beach, home renovations and exploring new places.

I am so excited to be back at W. B. Beam as a fourth grade teacher! I started teaching fifth grade in Cherryville in January 1997. From 2005-2008, I was an Instructional Technology Facilitator for the Hunter Huss feeder area. I returned to W. B. Beam in 2008 to be a fifth grade teacher until I retired in September 2023. Retirement brought me many joys, especially keeping my grandsons, but I missed teaching so I am back to teach 4th grade. I am married to Jeff and we have two children, Sloan and Meghann, and two grandsons, Stefan and Jude. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, cooking, reading, and trying new things. I am so excited for a great school year!

Hello!  My name is Mrs. Canipe.  This is my first year teaching.  I am excited to be here at Beam Intermediate.  I live in Cherryville with my husband, three children and furbabies.  I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.  Also, I love to read and listen to music and podcasts.   

Lynn Costner has been teaching for 24 years, 16 of which have been here at WB Beam Intermediate School. She is married to Scott and they have three children, Lauren, Isaiah and Steven. They have a granddaughter Lacey. Lynn loves spending time with her family, going to church, playing the piano, camping, sewing and crafting.  She describes teaching as her calling and enjoys helping students grow in many ways.
