Mrs. Lackey has been an educator for over 20 years. She has spent more than ten years teaching at W.B. Beam Intermediate School. She is married to Randy and they have three children: Jake, Jordan and Jana. She loves sea turtles, the beach, triathlons, running, crossfit and reading.

I graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. This is my third year teaching. When I'm not teaching I love working on my own art projects and traveling with my husband, Andrew.

Mr. Fleming has been in education for 13 years and 12 of those have been here at W.B. Beam Intermediate. He is married to Melissa and they have a son named Cole and a dog named Buddy. He spends his time at church, playing music with his son, playing golf, hunting, fishing and coaching.
