Hello everyone! I am Caleigh Carey, and I am so honored to be working at HH Beam Elementary as their school counselor. I have worked in different positions throughout Gaston County Schools for 4 years. I received my undergraduate degree in Marketing at Belmont Abbey College. I also obtained two minor degrees in Psychology and Healthcare Management.  I am currently working to earn my Master’s degree in School Counseling at University of North Carolina Charlotte and will be graduating in May. 

Outside of school, my life revolves around going to school to earn another degree, spending time with my dogs, and teaching dance. I own a dance studio in the Gastonia area with my family. This is where I spend most of my time. On weekends, you will most likely find me hiking with my two dogs or traveling to a new city or state.
