Sara White: Gifted and Talented Academy
Hello, I am excited about starting my 15th year of teaching Pleasant Ridge at the Gifted and Talented Academy. Third grade is such a fun year with so many wonderful learning activities. I teach Math and Science. The most important goal for our class is creating a family of learners. I am committed to building a classroom environment where children are valued, trusted, and integral to our family of learners. I live in Gastonia, NC with my husband, Anthony, and two of our three children. Our oldest son, Jeremiah, is a Seabee in the US Navy. I am a proud product of Gaston County School, graduating from East Gaston High School in the class of 2002. I attended Lenoir Rhyne and the University of Phoenix. I received my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. I am a proud National Board Certified teacher.
