Committee meetings/work sessions are held the first Monday of the month and regular meetings are held the third Monday of the month. The regular meetings broadcast live on Channel 21 and YouTube at 5:30 p.m. Replay is at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the week of the regular meeting.

Channel 21 features programs from Gaston College. Periodically, "Gaston Spotlight" airs at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and "Get Fit with Gaston" airs at 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Gaston County Schools programs on Channel 21 are produced by the school district's Communications Department. Gaston College programs are provided by the Marketing and Public Relations Department and Broadcast and Production Technology program.
