iAccelerate Academy @ Ashbrook High School
About the Academy
-
The iAccelerate Academy at Ashbrook High School is an outstanding college prep program that gives students an opportunity to enjoy all of the academic and extracurricular opportunities provided by a comprehensive high school while taking advantage of college-level courses. Best of all, students can complete courses to obtain college credit and even work toward obtaining an associate degree.
iAccelerate makes it possible for students to be dually enrolled at Gaston College, explore areas of interest, and complete coursework in a flexible, blended format. The program is designed to put students a step ahead of their peers as they graduate from high school and head off to college.
Students who will be in the ninth grade for the 2022-2023 school year may apply for this program. A lottery process will be used to determine the 100 students who will attend the iAccelerate Academy at Ashbrook High School.
